Mummentum

Mummentum was created from my own experience as a mum with an ADHD brain who works best with simple, physical tools that actually fit into everyday life. I wanted to share what genuinely helps: practical products and simple downloads designed to make mum life feel a little easier. Nothing here is about doing more or doing it perfectly. All Mummentum products are tested by me, Lauren, to make sure they add more value to your life and less overwhelm.
